The usage process
Advance reservations or same-day drop-offs are welcome! The process is easy and speedy, requiring no hassle!
1.Payment
Bring your items to the counter and complete the payment transaction.
2.Deposit
After completing the payment, attach the dedicated tag to your items and leave them with our store staff.
3.Pick-up
Hand over the baggage claim ticket to the store staff, exchange it for your items, and the pick-up process is complete.

Frequently Asked Question
On weekdays, if you can’t pick up your items after 7:00 PM, they will be available for pick-up on the next business day starting at 10:00 AM, with an additional daily surcharge.
On Saturdays, Sundays, holidays if you can’t pick up your items after 7:00 PM but before 10:00 PM, there will be an additional fee of 200 yen per hour. If it’s after 10:00 PM on the same day, your items will be available for pick-up on the next business day starting at 9:30 AM, with an additional daily surcharge.
